Shipping Policy




Australia wide shipping is covered by Geoff Pike Art. the price you see on the checkout is all inclusive and there are no additional costs required.


After ordering online you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.

We will attempt to have your artwork sent within five (5) business days and delivered within fourteen (14) business days. Once the artwork is dispatched you will receive a tracking no to the email address you have specified on your account.

We do not accept PO box delivery addresses. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us by email or text.


We ship internationally with a variety of couriers. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage, we cover  international shipping up to A $100. Please contact us via email or a quote.





We want you to love your new masterpiece. If you get your art home and you don't fall in love with it, or simply change your mind we have got you covered.

All you need to do is repackage it in the original packaging and send us an email within (7) seven days of receiving it. We will arrange for it to be picked up on a suitable day and returned to us, fully insured. We cover the cost of return shipments (within Australia only) as well. You can get a full refund of store credit. 


You have one full week(seven days) from the time you receive the artwork to decide if you would like to return your piece. Let me know and I will make it happen.

 Upon processing your return, we'll issue a full refund or credit for your purchase.

Free returns Australia wide. We'll pay the cost of return shipping anywhere in Australia. For international sales we'll cover freight up to $100.


Free returns are designed to ensure you get the artwork you love, and one that fits your space at home or work. With that in mind we will allow a customer to return up to two (2) artworks free of charge, with Geoff Pike Art paying the return shipping. Returns above this quantity require approval from us.

Lay-by are subject to different returns policy due to the fact they take an extended time to complete payment. In the event that an artwork from a lay-by order is not suitable, Geoff Pike Art reserves the right to void the returns policy with prior notice.


Geoff Pike Art insures all artwork in transit. In the rare case an artwork is damaged in transit, we have it covered. You must notify me within the returns period of any damage, or if the work is not as advertised, please check the work as soon as you receive it and inform me of any issues. You can either be refunded in full, request me to create something unique for you or purchase any other piece. If the artwork are returned directly by you, it must be returned via a trackable and insured shipping carrier, and the tracking information must be provided to Geoff Pike Art. Insurance is valid for the time the artwork is in transit only.
